10X10 SHOW AT HARDY AND NANCE STUDIOS
January 22, 2023
As we mentioned before, we had the opportunity to participate in the 10x10 art show at Hardy and Nance Studios in Downtown Houston. It was such a cool event, to walk through a space with our peers in this massive city and feel a sense of camaraderie. Â
Being an artist is fun, but it is also a difficult path at times. It not only affects the way you see the world, but if affects how you see yourself. We sometimes feel like our work isn't good enough, we doubt ourselves, and we lose sight of what's important. Â
Art demands you sacrifice your ego, again and again. In order to create, you must give rise to something greater, something outside of yourself or anyone else. Lining the walls of Hardy and Nance is proof of this practice, 700 times over.
We are so proud to do what we do.
Thanks for being a part of it with us.

PANCAKES AND BOOZE
December 14, 2022
Hey ya'll! As previously mentioned, we had the opportunity to do the Pancakes and Booze event in downtown Houston. There was an amazing turnout and we were so happy to display and sell our pieces alongside other local creatives. There's something about being in a bustling space with people that are just as nuts about art as we are. It does the heart good.
More good news- Pancakes and Booze will be BACK May 6th, 2023! We hope to see you there!

August 11, 2022
Hey, yall!
We've been busy, how about you?
We have been brainstorming and creating, getting inspired,
and walking around the city on an endless dopamine quest.
We did another pop up selling at Urban South, and we will continue to show up there at least once a month. It's indoors, the atmosphere is relaxed, it's family and dog friendly, you really can't beat it.
Did I mention fruity, weird, cool beer?

We are likely to start at Wild! night market, but we will fill you in on that later. However, we got two pieces of art into a BEAUTIFUL woman-owned shop called Mala Market- which by the way, we are so grateful and proud to be part of. (!) Please check it out online and in person! "Earth" and "The Great Gig in the Sky" are on display and available for purchase there n o w.

Last, but certainly not least, we were recently accepted in the Pancakes and Booze art show, coming to Houston November 19th! It's supposed to be an amazing event and we are ten kinds of excited to be part of it.

For now, we are working on increasing our inventory, as we sold a nice chunk at Urban South. See ya later!
JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION X INVERSE ART
June 19, 2022
By way of a good friend, we met with some amazing pillars in the Black community here in Houston. From there, we were invited to
be a vendor at the Rutherford B. H. Yates Juneteenth Celebration.
It was hotter than hot, but a beautiful display of joyfulness, music, and togetherness made it all worthwhile. We hope to be a part of the event next year, too! Please check out their website and consider donating. The historical sites are in need of care.

In addition, we carefully chose a handful of Black creators, artists,
and vendors to honor that week. Take a look at the highlight on
our IG for more.
Love yall!

URBAN SOUTH RESIDENCY
April 26, 2022
We have been busy!
Our art has been on display at Urban South brewery in downtown Houston for a month or so, and we also held a soft exhibition there. In order to further our reach, we created some smaller pieces as extensions of our art, and the response was overwhelming.
We sold much of what we brought, and we’ll be returning soon! Come find us there on May 7th to check everything out!
We’d love to meet you and send you home with beautiful things.
- Daniela and Jorge
